Remember Bessie here that wandered into our yard?
Apparently, she called all her girlfriends and let them know how great our yard was, because we ended up with a whole herd of cows.
Luckily, Farmer Joe swooped in to save the day just before they decided to check out our front yard.
He helped herd the girls down the gully and back to their side of the fence.
(the gully is the end of our property)
And with that, all the excitement was over.
The grass is always greener on the other side, eh? Or maybe yellower.

I'm glad to hear that the cows made it back home. I remember chasing hogs that continually plagued us with greener grass on the other side of the fence. Have you ever tried to direct a herd of hogs back into the fenced in yard? Not as easy as herding cows.
Have a great cow herding day.
How I don't miss chasing cows. I do miss the raw milk though.
