I graduated from High School thinking I would be a potato farmer who would hardly every leave Idaho. I have now worked and traveled in 18 countries. In two weeks I will travel to Turkey (19) to help set up an education center for poor farmers to learn better livestock and crop production practices. It has been a real trip!
And of course eating green eggs laid by our Ameraucanas, and maybe a little bit of ham to go with it.

When I was little, I had so many of the Dr. Seuss books - including Happy Birthday To You! That would be a good read for his birthday!
