Thanks for posting the pasta recipe, we'll definitely try it out.

You can put up tatsoi by simply blanching it, packing into portion-sized plastic bags and freezing. That way it's ready to add to stir fry, pasta, soups, whatever.

By the way, Cane Creek & Asparagus Company has a bunch of shares available, so if you're in the Asheville area and want to join a CSA, check out their website:
http://www.canecreekcsa.comChris K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12297446657314042486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8546718730043897500.post-52571910883278481252008-06-30T12:03:00.000-07:002008-06-30T12:03:00.000-07:00Marisa - I love arugula. I really like it so far. My first weeks pick-up was mislabeled a half share instead of a full share, I called them to let them know and their customer service was amazing! They were willing to bend over backwards for me, in the end I figured out that it was just mislabeled and there was no mistake, but I was impressed with how they were so willing to fix the problem.

The other thing I really like about a CSA is that it is forcing me to try things I would never buy in the store like Tatsoi and Arugula, and find healthy recipes to use them in. Who knows, maybe I will include some of these items in my diet all year round.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10923385601755527594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8546718730043897500.post-18690840409950066102008-06-29T19:15:00.000-07:002008-06-29T19:15:00.000-07:00We don't have a CSA close enough to us for us to j...We don't have a CSA close enough to us for us to join. But I sure wish I did. CSAs are so interesting and you can learn a lot, not to mention the great produce. Even if you ramp up the gardening, it is worth it to join the CSA.Dale Johnsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01806698744292076677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8546718730043897500.post-28834381553876463492008-06-29T15:28:00.000-07:002008-06-29T15:28:00.000-07:00Hey which CSA are you doing?
